 Booking & Deposits
All appointments must be booked in advance through my Calendly.
A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payments
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods: cash, PayPal, Cash App.
Please note: Prices may vary based on hair length, thickness, and style complexity.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date once if rescheduled within the cancellation window.
No-call/no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may prevent future bookings.
 Late Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure we have enough time for your service.
A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
 Hair Preparation
Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and product-free unless you have booked a wash service.
An additional fee may apply for excessive detangling, blow-drying, or prep work outside the booked service.
 Guests & Children
Due to limited space and to maintain a relaxing environment, please do not bring extra guests or children unless they are being serviced.
Since the service will be done on a college campus, please bring your state ID to be signed in at the front desk.
 Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
Clients with scalp conditions (severe dandruff, open wounds, lice, etc.) may be refused service for health reasons.
